Chris attended Arizona State University and John Marshall Law School. Chris currently owns and manages over 600,000 square feet of commercial real estate, working with private organizations, state agencies, and various parts of the cannabis industry.

Brent is a Western Illinois University graduate with 13+ years experience in mortgage and finance. He is a licensed real estate agent, certified facilities manager, previously managing leases & construction for the State of Illinois.

Controller
Lacey’s expertise in accounting makes her the perfect person to handle day-to-day finances and accounts receivable for FMC.
Lacey holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois – Springfield.

HVAC Foreman
As the HVAC Foreman, Toby oversees and manages all aspects of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in FMC properties. Toby’s experience and expertise ensure the efficient, reliable operation of HVAC equipment and safety protocols.
Nicole Lawson
Office Manager
Nicole studied legal studies at the University of Illinois-Springfield and has extensive experience as a paralegal.
Nicole manages the day-to-day operations of FMC, including hiring and supervising the maintenance staff for all properties.
George Petrilli
General Council
George received his law degree from Southern Illinois University and has been a practicing attorney since 2010. His expertise is in patent law, and he has extensive experience working in legislative affairs within state government.
